As an Analista de Suporte, you will be responsible for managing customer support operations, ensuring high-quality service and helping evolve support processes. This role requires ownership, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to solve problems effectively and create a seamless customer experience.

• Manage and resolve customer support requests, ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic responses.
• Take ownership of the support process, helping structure workflows, documentation, and operational visibility.
• Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
• Organize and prioritize support demands according to urgency and business impact.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and solutions.

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with customer support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support roles.
• Experience supporting SaaS B2B products and working with Help Desk environments.
• Degree in Administration or related fields (completed or in progress).
• Familiarity with data analysis and using information to support decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, organize priorities, and manage multiple requests.
• Experience with support tools such as Intercom and ClickUp.
• Proactive mindset with ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
