Job Description

At Remitee, we are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Payments Operations team.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Provide direct support to our clients by resolving assigned cases

  • Extract and manipulate information from different databases

  • Identify operational deviations and carry out the necessary actions to resolve them

  • Interact with other areas to ensure resolution of assigned cases

  • Analyze available data to improve operational indicators and monitoring dashboards

  • Ensure excellent service for our clients

What are we looking for?

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Advanced knowledge of ticket management tools (Jira)

  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles

  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI

  • Experience in B2B customer support (fintech is a plus)

  • Occasional rotating shifts on holidays
