A Day in the Life:

• Monitor and track internal fleet routes, providing position updates and ETA forecasts.
• Supervise driver activities and ensure adherence to logistics programs and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate essential services and fuel/urea assignments to maintain fleet functionality.
• Generate transport status reports for service areas, customers, and suppliers.
• Report and document incidents, anomalies, and process deviations.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
• English Basic
• Strong skills in teamwork, decision-making, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Windows software and report/presentation tools.
• Ability to perform work onsite at Aguascalientes Components Plant.
• Experience with Fleet Management Systems and route optimization.
• Familiarity with inventory and materials handling processes.
• Understanding of production lines and operational balancing.
• Skills in operations research and quantitative decision-making.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and leadership abilities.
