Key Responsibilities:
Seguimiento de cumplimiento de políticas y normativas, mediante visitas a Sucursales, visitas de campo a negocios y domicilios de clientes.
Captación y análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de créditos.
Evaluación de calidad de ingreso de créditos a VF México de acuerdo a las políticas vigentes.
Apoyar en la recuperación y seguimiento de Créditos.
Apoyar en labores asignadas por Gerencia de Riesgos.
Responsable de que se cumplan los indicadores establecidos por VF México.
Elaboración y análisis de información.
Manejo de KPI´s de seguimiento.
Administración de información y bases de datos del área (resultados, seguimientos, cumplimientos, tareas).
Apoyo al área de capacitación presencial y en campo.
Participar en Programas de capacitación en emergencias, simulacros y en aquellos lugares donde se presenten eventos adversos, desastres, emergencias o incidentes.
