Principais Responsabilidades

Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta
Realizar alinhamento e interface próxima com gestores
Atuar com hunting e estratégias alternativas de atração
Garantir uma boa experiência para candidatos e gestores
Contribuir com a melhoria contínua dos processos de R&S
