This role sits at the heart of Revenue Operations, connecting systems, data, and processes across the Customer Success lifecycle to drive retention, expansion, and operational excellence. You will work within a specialized squad focused on retention, supporting critical platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Gainsight. The position combines technical configuration, systems integration, and process optimization to ensure scalable and intelligent customer success operations. You will design and evolve workflows such as health scoring, CTAs, playbooks, and customer journeys, directly impacting how customers are managed and retained.
