This role is focused on bridging business needs and technical delivery in complex digital environments. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and development squads, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and successfully translated into functional solutions. Working in a fully remote setup with occasional in-person meetings, you will play a critical role in shaping system specifications, improving process clarity, and supporting end-to-end delivery quality. This position requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and the ability to operate in agile environments. You will contribute directly to the success of digital initiatives by ensuring alignment between expectations and final outcomes. Accountabilities

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify expectations, and define scope.
• Collect, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and traceability.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Develop process and system artifacts such as BPMN diagrams, UML models, flowcharts, and data models (DER).
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, development activities, and testing phases across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support development and QA teams throughout implementation to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support prioritization discussions and alignment with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure consistent understanding and high-quality delivery.
• Engage in remote and occasional in-person meetings as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role in IT or systems environments.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process analysis.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting business rules.
• Solid knowledge of BPMN, UML, and data modeling (DER).
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with documentation and work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts and APIs is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge for queries and data validation is desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments.
