Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Scrum Master Project Analyst in Brazil.

This role sits within a dynamic, innovation-driven digital transformation environment, where agile delivery is central to building impactful technology solutions across multiple industries. You will act as a key facilitator of Scrum practices, ensuring teams are aligned, productive, and continuously improving. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. The position offers strong exposure to large-scale, complex projects with real organizational impact. You will be part of a collaborative and autonomous agile culture that values continuous learning and process excellence. Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective are effectively conducted.
  • Support teams in removing impediments, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery metrics and performance indicators, proposing improvements to increase team efficiency.
  • Promote continuous improvement in development processes and agile maturity across teams.
  • Foster alignment and communication between technical teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
  • Support value-driven delivery by contributing to business and product metrics discussions.

    • Requirements:

    • Solid experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Analyst in Agile environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
    • Experience in backlog management, refinement, and agile delivery processes.
    • Ability to track and interpret process metrics and business KPIs.
    • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing dependencies and impediments.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and problem-solving orientation.
    • Familiarity with software development processes.
    • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
    • Higher education degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
    • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
