Accountabilities:

  • Participate in global process discovery and requirements gathering meetings to identify automation opportunities and business improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend scalable SAP-based solutions that minimize the need for customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective process solutions.
  • Support automation and digital transformation projects by aligning business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, business teams, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Document process flows, business requirements, and solution recommendations clearly and accurately.

    • Requirements:

    • Proven experience working within SAP environments and business process analysis initiatives.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in related business areas.
    • Strong experience interacting and negotiating with clients and stakeholders.
    • Advanced or fluent English skills, with the ability to participate actively in meetings conducted in English.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural and distributed teams.
    • Availability to work in a hybrid model with occasional visits to client sites when required.
    • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in agile environments.
