Atividades:
• Suportar e exercer comunicação com clientes e parceiros internos e externos.
• Suporte por e-mail, web conferência e telefone.
• Responsabilidade por tarefas de primeiro e segundo nível, prazos e cronogramas previamente definidos
• Analisar, entender e atuar em possíveis rupturas de processamentos.
• Organização e documentação de atividades e processos operacionais (atualizações da base de conhecimento)
• Controle dos chamados: abertura, registro de atividades e fechamento.
• Rastreamento e gerenciamento (FU) de tickets durante todo o ciclo do mesmo.
• Monitoramento visual e sistêmico de toda a linha de produção do e-commerce. (servidores, aplicações e dashboards).
• Assegurar o fluxo de envio e recebimento de arquivos através de EDI (troca eletrônica de arquivos)
• Realizar treinamento de ferramenta proprietária.
Requisitos:
• Formação ou concluindo cursos em Sistemas da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 09h00 às 18h00
• Excel intermediário.
• Desejável: conhecimento em infraestrutura e EDI.
• Excelente comunicação (verbal / escrita)
• Capacidade de organização
• Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e analítica.
