This role is focused on coordinating the operational flow of marketing and point-of-sale materials (MPDV), ensuring deliveries happen accurately and on time.
You will manage shipment schedules, organize material distribution, and coordinate information across different teams and recipients.
The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to keep multiple operational activities moving smoothly.
You will also support billing processes and product shipments connected to trade marketing initiatives.
Working closely with internal teams, you will help maintain accurate recipient data and resolve operational issues throughout the delivery cycle.

• Manage the MPDV shipment calendar, ensuring schedules are accurately planned and consistently followed.
• Operationalize shipment plans according to the type of material, recipient, and specific distribution requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure recipient information is complete, accurate, and regularly updated for MPDV billing purposes.
• Monitor shipments throughout the entire delivery cycle, following up on progress and addressing potential delays or issues.
• Ensure materials reach the appropriate recipients within established deadlines and maintain visibility over delivery status.
• Request and coordinate billing and product shipments associated with trade marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain operational controls and records to support accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution across the MPDV operation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, with the ability to organize, control, and analyze operational information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules, data, and multiple operational activities.
• A proactive profile with the ability to anticipate issues, follow up on pending activities, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ease in building relationships and collaborating with different teams.
• Comfortable working with operational controls, structured processes, deadlines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different areas to ensure successful execution.
