Job Description

The project Osprey Procurement Legal Entity Separation PO & AP Cutover Coordinator will shape, coordinate and lead cutover activities for Purchase Order (PO) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Coordinate cutover tasks, reporting, user & supplier trainings and communications to ensure smooth transition on schedule for each target market and timely resolution of open transactions across regional teams. LES PO & AP Cutover Coordinator will also lead and coordinate team of PO & AP Cutover support individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and distribute PO and AP cutover reports and trackers
• Follow up with business users on PO preparation and PO requisition activities related to POLCM
• Provide regular status updates to managers and stakeholders at multiple levels
• Coordinate actions with GS PEX / regional operations teams to close open POs and Open transactions
• Track issues, risks and dependencies during cutover and drive closure with owners
• Deliver training to end users and suppliers on new processes and systems; create training materials
• Provide input for internal and external communications (cutover announcements, FAQs, status notes)
• Support go-live readiness checks and post-cutover stabilization activities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with J&J procurement systems (eMP, Lynx SAP, ServiceNow, APEX, other non-plat form systems)
• Strong problem-solving and activity coordination skills
• Ability to prepare and present clear status reports and dashboards
• Comfortable working across matrixed teams and multiple time zones
• Good attention to detail and disciplined follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common project tools

Preferred

• Experience with PO/AP cutovers, migrations, or ERP rollouts.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Settle / Procure-to-Pay end-to-end processes.
• Prior supplier enablement or training delivery experience.

• LATAM: English, Spanish, Portuguese (complete language knowledge to be set up within the cutover team)
