As a Senior Business Requirements Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting product development initiatives by analyzing needs, refining requirements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

• Support Product Owners in the refinement, analysis, and documentation of user stories.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable specifications for development teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct functional testing activities to validate solutions and ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation and technical artifacts required for successful delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, identify improvements, and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of user story creation, refinement practices, and functional testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business challenges and propose structured solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
