This role is focused on leading and coordinating end-to-end service transition initiatives within complex, global transformation environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery from planning through stabilization, managing multiple workstreams such as PMO, change management, technology readiness, and knowledge transfer. The position requires strong governance capabilities, risk and dependency management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across local and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, including infrastructure, access, applications, and user acceptance testing. Acting as a central point of contact, you will facilitate communication between clients and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
