Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos contable de General Ledger (GL), asegurando la integridad, precisión y oportunidad de los registros financieros de la compañía.
Ejecutar y supervisar el registro oportuno y correcto de transacciones contables.
Preparar y registrar pólizas contables (Journal Entries) relacionadas con: prepagados, transacciones intercompañía, Freight, arrendamientos.
Elaborar conciliaciones de cuentas de balance y resultados, identificando diferencia y asegurando su resolución oportuna.
Participar activamente en los procesos de cierre contable, cumpliendo con los calendarios establecidos.
Dar seguimiento a controles internos financieros y requerimientos de cumplimiento SOX.
Elaborar y asegurar el envío oportuno de la contabilidad electrónica conforme a los requerimientos fiscales aplicables.
Licenciatura en Contabilidad y/o Finanzas.
2 años de experiencia en actividades contables y/o cualquier área relacionada.
Habilidades de análisis de información financiera.
Excel Intermedio.
Servicio al cliente.
Trabajo en equipo.
Comunicación efectiva.
