Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de E-commerce Pleno based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen e-commerce performance through Retail Search and Digital Shelf strategies.
You will help improve product visibility, discoverability, and digital shelf execution across categories, markets, and retail partners.
Working with data and specialized tools, you will identify opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
The position combines analytical work, performance monitoring, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will interact with local, regional, and global teams, agencies, and business stakeholders in a dynamic digital environment.
Your work will directly contribute to stronger digital performance, better consumer experiences, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize Retail Search strategies, including researching, building, and prioritizing keyword universes across categories, markets, and retailers.
  • Configure, validate, and monitor Digital Shelf tools, ensuring data quality, brand visibility, and compliance with global standards.
  • Conduct audits of Product Detail Pages (PDPs), assessing content quality and identifying opportunities to improve organic performance and consumer experience.
  • Monitor digital performance indicators such as Share of Search and Digital Shelf Score, translating data and insights into recommendations and actionable improvement plans.
  • Prepare performance reports and track the execution of initiatives, ensuring results are measured and opportunities for continuous optimization are identified.
  • Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global teams, agencies, and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality execution of Retail Search and Digital Shelf initiatives.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related field.
    • Previous experience configuring, validating through QA, and monitoring Digital Shelf tools, preferably NIQ
    • Practical knowledge of keyword research, analysis, and optimization using tools such as Semrush and NIQ
    • Experience monitoring and reporting digital performance metrics, particularly Share of Search and Digital Shelf Score
    • Advanced Spanish proficiency is mandatory
    • Advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable actions.
    • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and build solutions across different teams.
    • Agility, strong execution skills, sense of urgency, and confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Curiosity, continuous-learning mindset, and enthusiasm for evolving digital commerce strategies and processes.
