Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Designer Instrucional based in Brazil.

This role focuses on designing and structuring impactful learning experiences within a corporate education environment, supporting the development of employee skills through innovative instructional design practices. You will translate business needs into engaging learning journeys, including e-learning modules, microlearning content, and blended training programs. The position plays a key role in shaping how knowledge is delivered and retained across the organization, ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to transform complex content into clear, interactive, and effective educational experiences. The environment is collaborative and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and learner engagement. This is a hands-on role where instructional creativity, data analysis, and digital learning tools come together to enhance corporate development outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with business areas to identify skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Design and develop learning journeys, e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and blended learning programs using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Structure complex educational content through storyboarding and storytelling, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Apply generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scenario creation, assessment development, and personalized learning experiences while maintaining instructional quality.
  • Manage and organize learning content within digital learning platforms, ensuring usability, engagement, and smooth learner experience.
  • Design assessment tools and analyze learning metrics such as engagement, retention, and training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.
  • Lead end-to-end instructional design projects using agile or structured methodologies, ensuring quality delivery, deadlines, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Requirements:

    • Degree in Pedagogy, Communications, Design, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
    • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in corporate education environments, preferably within financial services, insurance, or consulting sectors.
    • Experience designing learning journeys, training materials, and digital educational content.
    • Strong ability to analyze learning metrics and translate insights into instructional improvements.
    • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Genially, and familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation.
    • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects from concept to delivery using structured or agile methodologies.
