• Manter a cordialidade e interesse genuíno das demandas dos clientes e áreas internas, para aprimorar a experiência e nível de serviço.

• Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas de atendimento ao cliente.

• Ser responsável pela Gestão dos Pedidos (Venda, Devolução, Amostra, Conta e Ordem, Consignação, etc).

• Preparar e responder follow-ups sobre os pedidos dos clientes.

• Gerenciar o retorno de e-mails e solicitações dentro do SLA proposto.

• Ser responsável e analisar as métricas de ocorrências, reclamações de serviço e devoluções dos clientes, entre outras.

• Integrar com áreas internas para identificar oportunidades de melhorias.

• Realizar visitas aos clientes para apresentar o nível de serviço.

• Liderar reuniões colaborativas com clientes e áreas de apoio.

• Gerar planilhas de controles e mante-las atualizadas de acordo com a necessidade do negocio.

Educação e experiência:

• Formação superior completa
• Experiência sólida em operações comerciais, suporte a vendas, CS, ou áreas correlatas

Conhecimento e habilidades:

• Conhecimento avançado dos processos do ciclo de vendas e pedidos
• Capacidade analítica para elaboração de relatórios
• Visão de processos
• Forte comunicação e influência junto a áreas internas e gestão
• Domínio de Excel e sistemas corporativos
