As a Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will support clients throughout the implementation and adoption of technology solutions.
You will gather requirements, understand business needs, and help translate them into effective implementation plans aligned with defined project scopes.
The role combines customer interaction, system configuration, process understanding, training, documentation, and ongoing implementation support.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify technical and operational questions, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Your ability to prioritize requests, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing needs will be essential to delivering a positive customer experience.
You will also help users become confident with the solution by providing guidance, training, and practical support throughout implementation.
