Mission of the role:

Record accounting entries related to the accounts receivable system; follow collections policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure portfolio recovery for the client’s companies.

Your impact:

As Accounts Receivable Jr Analyst you will directly contribute to the objectives of the area by participating in key activities such as:

  • Identify and post customer payments in order to keep each customer’s statement up to date.
  • Perform bank statement reconciliation (inflows) as part of the monthly close for bank GL accounts.
  • Analyze customer account balances to help minimize resources tied to pastdue portfolios.
  • Carry out the necessary actions to obtain payment of invoices issued to customers, in line with the collections strategies defined with the client.
  • Prepare and deliver accounts receivable operations information to internal and external auditors for scheduled audits within established timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, completed.
  • 0–2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate/advanced English (approx. 60%).
  • Basic Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of operations from order to cash.
  • Nice to have: IFRS and SVS accounting standards, auditing processes, internal control, and procedures, tax regulations, SAP.
