This is a senior CRM role focused on improving customer lifecycle performance through data-driven strategies, journeys, and campaigns. You will help design and execute CRM initiatives that strengthen conversion across different stages of the customer lifecycle. The position combines campaign operations, experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with Data, Martech, UX, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure CRM initiatives are effectively integrated and executed. A strong analytical mindset will be essential for turning campaign results into actionable insights and identifying new growth opportunities. You will also provide guidance and support to the team responsible for CRM operations, helping ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
