Principais responsabilidades:

• Suportar o gerenciamento de programas e contratos (PMO) do Contrato HXBR sob liderança do Gerente Executivo de Contas, elaborando relatórios, KPIs e apresentações via SAP e Excel.
• Gerenciar a documentação do projeto, conduzir reuniões com equipes transversais da HXBR, Helibras e Airbus Helicopters, e manter interface autônoma em demandas simples com o GAC-HB.
• Preparar etapas contratuais, realizar a entrega final de kits ao cliente e tratar eventuais não conformidades identificadas no processo.
• Conduzir negociações com times internos para acompanhamento da produção, suporte às entregas e emissão das respectivas notas fiscais.
• Efetuar o faturamento das etapas contratuais e negociar os processos administrativos diretamente vinculados ao contrato.
• Sinalizar ao gestor oportunidades de melhoria contínua e inovação no setor, atuando em pesquisas de desenvolvimento tecnológico aplicadas à sua área.

Requisitos:

• Graduação completa em Administração ou Engenharia.
• Inglês intermediário (no mínimo) para leitura, elaboração de documentos e comunicação na rotina de trabalho.
• Experiência no contato direto com clientes e facilidade de interface com equipes transversais internas
• Experiência prévia (desejável) em gestão de programas, contratos (PMO) ou gestão de projetos.
• Comunicação verbal bem desenvolvida e habilidade para falar em público, conduzir reuniões e realizar apresentações.
• Familiaridade com SAP e Google Workspace.

Key responsibilities:

• Support program and contract management (PMO) for the HXBR Contract under the leadership of the Executive Account Manager, preparing reports, KPIs, and presentations using SAP and Excel.
• Manage project documentation, conduct meetings with cross-functional teams from HXBR, Helibras, and Airbus Helicopters, and autonomously handle straightforward demands with GAC-HB.
• Prepare contractual milestones, perform final delivery of kits to the customer, and address any non-conformities identified during the process.
• Lead negotiations with internal teams to monitor production, support deliveries, and issue corresponding invoices.
• Execute invoicing for contractual milestones and negotiate administrative processes directly linked to the contract. Identify and highlight continuous improvement and innovation opportunities to the manager, engaging in technological development research applied to the area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Intermediate English (at a minimum) for reading, drafting documents, and daily workplace communication.
• Experience in direct customer contact and strong ability to interface with internal cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience (desirable) in program management, contract management (PMO), or project management.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak in public, lead meetings, and deliver presentations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Google Workspace.
