In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.

How you will contribute

You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

O que você precisa saber sobre esta função:

  • Gestão de Categoria de Brand PR e PR Corporativo, realizando BID´s e negociações, alinhamentos internos
  • Será responsável pelas solicitações de todos os contratos de marketing e trade para as operações da Mondelez no Brasil e em Wacam, conduzindo discussões e negociações com o departamento jurídico e fornecedores, bem como alinhamentos internos. Realizará follow-up de todas as atividades para garantir a assinatura dos documentos, aplicando análise crítica, propondo melhorias e influenciando na resolução dos casos.
  • Realizará a criação, alteração e acompanhamento de fornecedores — desde o desbloqueio até ajustes de prazo de pagamento —, assegurando a organização e a rastreabilidade de cada etapa.
  • Acompanhará todos os contratos de marketing e trade para a América Latina, garantindo que não haja contratos faltantes ou vencidos, com gestão proativa de prazos e renovações.
  • Para os casos de BIDs, será responsável por garantir que os Acordos de Confidencialidade (NDAs) estejam devidamente assinados antes do início do processo.
  • Fará a criação das iniciativas de saving, inflação, mitigação, cost avoidance e value enabler referentes ao ano vigente, bem como a construção do pipeline para o próximo ano.
  • Será responsável pela criação dos catálogos das diversas negociações de marketing e trade, contribuindo com a automatização dos nossos processos no COUPA.
  • Garantirá que todos os KPIs de compliance estejam sendo cumpridos, atuando como porta-voz da área e representando-a nos diversos fóruns com status atualizado de cada processo.
  • Responsável pelas apresentações mensais da área, garantindo que todo o time tenha entregue seus respectivos slides no prazo, assegurando o cumprimento do time-keeper e promovendo uma sessão leve e descontraída.
  • Gestão de projetos: garantir as entregas cumprindo todos os prazos estabelecidos, com planejamento estruturado e acompanhamento contínuo.

Educação / Certificações:

Ensino superior concluído em Administração, Publicidade e Marketing, Engenharia, Relações Publicas ou Direito.

Espanhol Preferencial

Inglês Desejável
