PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:
Asegurar el correcto y puntual pago de la nómina, controlando el cumplimiento legal y de calidad de los procesos de administración de personal en ALS LS Perú.
El Analista de Administración de Personal, Nóminas y Compensaciones es responsable de asegurar la correcta gestión de los procesos administrativos del personal, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la precisión en el procesamiento de nóminas y la aplicación de políticas de compensación. Asimismo, debe generar y consolidar indicadores de gestión de recursos humanos a nivel país y regional, que permitan evaluar la eficiencia operativa, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
