Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Ensure accuracy in Supply Chain KPIs, including financial month-end closure reporting, and provide timely reporting within established timelines.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, Capex analysis, cost reporting, and KPI tracking for the entire regional Supply Chain.
  • Monitor and improve key cost drivers such as Direct Costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and driving improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain.
  • Conduct cost performance analysis, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within logistics and operations, and proactively addressing cost concerns.
  • Standardize and improve operational work processes for all administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with internal controls and company policies.
  • Act as the key interface between Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, and other Supply Chain departments (Operations/Logistics), facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide cost analysis, data insights, and reporting to support decision-making within wider Supply Chain teams, contributing to efficiency improvements.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of cost-saving projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked and deliver measurable results.

Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua para Operações, utilizando insights de auditorias para identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e impulsionar a excelência operacional. Gerir, controlar e monitorar os custos da cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo a acuracidade dos reportes de custos e a conformidade com as políticas internas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Garantir a precisão dos KPIs de Supply Chain, incluindo os relatórios de fechamento de mês, assegurando entregas pontuais dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Estruturar o processo anual de orçamento, incluindo revisão de forecast trimestral, análise de capex, reporte de custos e acompanhamento de KPIs da cadeia de suprimentos.
  • Monitorar e melhorar os principais direcionadores de custos, identificando oportunidades de savings e conduzindo iniciativas de melhoria em toda a Supply Chain.
  • Conduzir análises de performance de custos, identificando áreas de risco e oportunidades, e atuando de forma proativa sobre potenciais desvios de custos.
  • Fornecer análises de custos, insights de dados e relatórios para apoiar a tomada de decisão, contribuindo para ganhos de eficiência, além de atuar como interface-chave entre Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A e demais áreas, promovendo a colaboração cross-functional.
  • Apoiar a implementação e o acompanhamento de projetos de redução de custos, garantindo que as iniciativas sejam devidamente monitoradas e gerem resultados mensuráveis.
  • Monitorar e gerir os serviços e custos dos Service Centers, incluindo o desempenho de custo por pallet e provisões (accruals), garantindo reconhecimento tempestivo dos custos, acuracidade das informações e recomendações acionáveis para assegurar que as metas de custos sejam atingidas e superadas.
  • Utilizar dados operacionais e métricas de performance para avaliar a saúde e eficiência de sites terceirizados, identificando oportunidades, otimizando a produtividade e liderando iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

Experiência:

Mínimo 5 anos em Logística e Supply Chain, com foco em gestão e otimização de custos em ambiente industrial. Atuação em orçamento, forecast, KPIs, análise de performance e projetos de redução de custos, com forte interface entre Operações e Finanças.

Formação Acadêmica

Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Economia e/ou Finanças
