Realizar atención al cliente vía teléfono y correo electrónico, recibiendo e ingresando pedidos en el sistema SAP Crear y gestionar reclamos, devoluciones y notas de crédito/débito Hacer seguimiento de entregas, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos establecidos Generar remesas de ventas y gestionar portales y agendamientos de clientes Gestión de importaciones directas para América Latina (Direct Import Business) Conducir proyectos de mejora continua en el área de CSD/SCM y dar soporte en informes de KPIs
Título universitario en Administración, Logística, Comercio Exterior, Química o áreas afines Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en atención al cliente o servicio al cliente en ambiente industrial Inglés nivel intermedio/avanzado, con buena capacidad de comunicación (será evaluado durante el proceso de selección) Excelentes habilidades para relacionarse adecuadamente con los clientes, capacidad de análisis de datos y trabajar colaborativamente con equipos regionales y multiculturales Dominio del Paquete Office; conocimiento en SAP será considerado un diferencial Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema híbrido (tres días presencial y dos en teletrabajo) en nuestro Sitio de Maipú-Chile
