Reclassify daily acquisitions of Fixed Assets made by the company, identifying the acquisition of the asset through a temporary account, requesting copies of the relevant invoices from the Tax Area of ​​the Campinas and Manaus Units, identifying the depreciation period and transferring the assets to the definitive accounts, for subsequent processing at the end of the month, through Module A Fixed Assets of the R/3 System – SAP, controlling the Company's Fixed Assets. Identify, through the Accounts Payable system, all occasional cash advances for the purchase or manufacture of a Fixed Asset, transferring it to a specific account so that it does not depreciate, aiming at controlling the Fixed Assets in progress. Control the Company's Deferred Assets, identifying acquisitions of this nature through a report issued by the Cost Module of the R/3 System – SAP, identifying the relevant invoices, recovering expenses and allocating these acquired assets to a specific account. Monitor direct taxes daily, comparing the calculation accounts with the fiscal accounting books, transferring amounts payable, making supplementary entries in the system, and transferring balances to accounts in the Accounts Payable module. Analyze all accounts in the Balance Sheet (bank, taxes, and others), requesting all possible information, comparing various data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, so that the values ​​presented in the accounting reports are consistent with reality.

Prepare vacation and 13th-month salary payments for employees, receiving reports with relevant information, transferring the provision values ​​by cost center to accounting classification spreadsheets, for subsequent printing and accounting in the SAP R/3 system. Calculate the amounts to be collected for PIS (Social Integration Program) and COFINS (Contribution to Social Security Financing), issuing reports with the calculation bases, entering the data into the calculation program, accounting for the portion of taxes calculated but not processed by the system, and transferring the balances to accounts in the Accounts Payable module. Account for sales invoices issued by the Tax area, analyzing, classifying, and performing various activities to provide the records of the information contained therein, such as: revenue amount, receivable from a specific client, and the provision for taxes levied on the sale. Account for payroll, financing and bank loans, discounted receivables, and commissions on business intermediation, receiving, analyzing, and verifying relevant information, requesting necessary changes from the responsible party, classifying accounting accounts and values, recording occurrences, and printing documents through the SAP R/3 system for filing, along with documents relevant to the accounting performed. Transfer the amounts of taxes to be collected to the Suppliers Module, aiming at their identification and payment by the Accounts Payable area, performing all necessary procedures, such as: weekly consultation of tax accounts to be collected in the General Ledger, analysis of outstanding balances, among others. Control various items in spreadsheets, such as: monetary variations, interest and long-term installments of leasing operations, contracts, other loans and mutual agreements; provisions for rents, insurance accruals and other prepaid expenses; commissions payable to Distributors; tax credits and debits, taxes recoverable and their updates; Taxes levied on profit (IRPJ - Corporate Income Tax and CSLL - Social Contribution on Net Profit), carrying out various specific procedures for each case, aiming to obtain data for accounting, as well as providing support to Management and the Board of Directors for decision-maki
