Misión del puesto: Brindar el soporte necesario en producción y al departamento de calidad, realizando y comunicando eficazmente las necesidades de análisis de calidad relacionados con la seguridad y calidad del producto. Realizar calidad de productos específicos, embalajes, química, microbiología, evaluación sensorial o contenido neto y sus análisis.
