YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stewardship Collect, organize, and maintain commercial stewardship data for Cotton biotech, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Support commercial teams (Bayer internal & external) by providing up‑to‑date stewardship requirements and ensuring correct implementation of STW Program.
• Assist in preparing stewardship-related communication materials and training efforts among internal teams and external partners.
• Provide accurate and timely stewardship information to cross‑functional teams-including Stewardship, Regulatory, Legal, and other supporting functions-to ensure Commercial STW program.
• Digital Agriculture Assist in collecting and organizing customer data from digital tools (FieldView).
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify usage patterns and customer behaviors.
• Support the creation of customer profiles based on predefined criteria.
• Document findings and share observations with the extended strategy team.
• Participate in team discussions to understand how insights are translated into platform enhancements.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree (desirable Agronomic / Environmental areas. Business Administration).
• At least 3 years of proven experience (desirable in agriculture related fields): Documentation and data management, cross functional coordination, training and communication support.
• Languages: English (Intermediate).
• Data accuracy & quality awareness.
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Great collaboration & communication.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Analytical Thinking.
