This is a part-time position requiring weekend availability. This position is eligible for discounted downtown parking, free employee meals, DailyPay, hotel and restaurant discounts and more.

The uniform room attendant is a key individual in providing a positive experience to our internal guests, the associates. They must ensure that all associates are properly fitted and meeting our 4 diamond expectations for appearance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Must be reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to use a computer and uniform room system to issue uniforms to associates
- Sort both dirty and clean uniforms to give to laundry or place in the correct slots
- Must have a keen eye for detail to catch necessary repairs to uniforms
- Must be able to learn the different uniform pieces for each division and position
- Must be able to quickly and with accuracy perform new hire fittings on own
- Issue the correct uniforms to associates using a barcode system
- Must be able to scan all dirty laundry out and clean laundry in accurately
- Ability to complete small repairs or buttons preferred
- Perform uniform inspections on a daily basis by department
- Must be able to communicate orally and verbally in English
- Keep the shared work space clean an inviting for associates
- Communicate with the assistant housekeeping manager regarding any needs or issues
- Participate in bi-annual uniform audit
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the assistant housekeeping manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to see all colors of the spectrum
- Must provide safe working conditions, and to avoid accidents/injury

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate:
- Is regularly required to stand for your shift
- Is required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
- Is required to frequently reach with hands and arms
- Is regularly required to talk or hear;
- Is occasionally required to sit and stoop; kneel, bend, or crouch
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, regularly 10-25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
