Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Salesforce Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and overall CRM hygiene
  • Monitor opportunity progression through pipeline stages
  • Ensure opportunities are updated with accurate status, timelines, next steps, and forecast information
  • Identify stale opportunities and proactively coordinate updates with sales teams
  • Support pipeline reviews, forecast preparation, and sales reporting activities
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking metrics
  • Analyze CRM data quality and recommend process improvements
  • Document and standardize sales operations processes

Sales Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct company, industry, and market research to support account planning
  • Leverage company intellectual property, AI platforms, and internal knowledge assets to generate account insights
  • Prepare briefing materials, account profiles, and sales meeting support documentation
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and relevant market events
  • Support account prioritization efforts and target account analysis
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and growth areas under sales leadership direction

Sales Support & Process Management

  • Coordinate with onshore sales teams to understand upcoming meetings and pipeline priorities
  • Support prospect list development and account segmentation initiatives
  • Maintain alignment between sales activities, account research, and CRM records
  • Facilitate internal communication and follow-up related to sales operations activities
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives across the sales organization
  • Support onboarding and documentation of best practices

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Analyze pipeline trends, sales activity, and opportunity progression
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Track key sales metrics and identify areas requiring attention
  • Develop reporting frameworks that improve sales effectiveness and visibility

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Align closely with onshore practice leaders, pre-sales teams, and alliance partners

Essential Skills

To qualify for the role, candidate must have:

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Support, Consulting, Market Research, or related roles

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, and analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong process orientation and organizational skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders during EST hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting consulting, technology, professional services, or enterprise sales organizations

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management

  • Experience with CRM platforms beyond Salesforce

  • Exposure to account-based selling and target account planning

  • Experience identifying market opportunities through data analysis and research

  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Experience in CRM- Salesforce application is a major plus.
