What you'll be doing

Our client is a large international organisation operating a multi-country Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape as part of a major ERP transformation programme.

We are looking for an experienced AMS PMO Lead to support the stabilisation and operational governance of live D365 F&O environments during a critical post-go-live phase in Croatia. This role focuses on structure, control, reporting, and escalation management across multiple support streams, ensuring operational transparency and disciplined execution across vendors and internal teams.

The role is governance- and execution-focused, acting as the central coordination point for service management activities, SLA tracking, and issue escalation across the AMS ecosystem.

How you'll spend your day

  • Oversee and coordinate end-to-end AMS governance activities during post-go-live operations.
  • Track and consolidate incident, SLA, and service performance data across support streams.
  • Ensure structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) on operational status, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive vendor accountability and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and service levels.
  • Manage escalation processes across internal teams, Key Users, and external partners.
  • Maintain visibility of critical issues, dependencies, and recurring operational risks.
  • Support stabilization leadership with structured insights and decision-ready reporting.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of AMS governance artifacts (logs, dashboards, KPIs).
  • Facilitate alignment between technical support teams, business stakeholders, and service providers.

You'll be successful if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, PMO, or ERP operations governance.
  • Strong background in ERP environments (D365 F&O or similar enterprise systems preferred).
  • Experience in SLA management, vendor governance, and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong understanding of incident lifecycle and service delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and structured reporting capabilities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in large-scale ERP go-live or stabilization programmes.
  • Background in hypercare or post-production support environments.
  • Experience working with international delivery teams and offshore vendors.
  • Knowledge of D365 F&O support ecosystems and AMS structures.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to contribute to a major international ERP transformation programme.
  • High-impact role during a critical go-live and stabilisation phase.
  • International project environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hybrid setup combining on-site and remote work.
  • Possibility to extend involvement in future programme phases.
