Job Description

We are growing! We are looking for an AfterMarket (AMS) Field Supervisor to join our Grande Prairie team! This position is on a 15/6 shift schedule.

Key position functions include:

  • In parallel to AfterMarket Services (AMS) Grande Prairie, coordinate and support all operations related to field support for Stream-Flo Industries product lines including site preparation, service execution, personnel, and equipment supervision.
  • Provide quality service to clients by ensuring that customer is completely satisfied with services provided.
  • Drive all HSE initiatives in the field along with maintaining compliance with company safety policies.
  • Participate in customer presentations as required.
  • Promote sales of services and product.
  • Keep accurate records for reporting.
  • Responsible for the execution of field services performed and to ensure that the job is conducted according to company procedures.
  • Responsible for organizing/assisting in setting up and running all services on location, from set up to teardown.
  • Assure all company equipment and property is maintained to company expectations.
  • Perform training assessments for Service Technicians.
  • Assist with competency evaluations of Service Technicians.
  • Create and provide reports to Frac Business Development & Service Manager regarding job summary and asset / product deficiencies.
  • Work closely with Frac Business Development & Service Manager and/or other Branch Managers / Service Supervisors in the area or territory work is being performed in.
  • Follow all company policies and requirements of the Health and Safety Program.
  • Perform other various duties as assigned.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry. Lead Hand and supervisory skills an asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Stream-Flo equipment.
  • Supervisor and customer management training.
  • Valid Class 1, 3 or 5 driver’s license; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract.
  • Strong technical aptitude, keen on learning new and existing technologies.
  • Resourceful and able to work in a face-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and provide mentorship.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and provide good solutions.
  • Ability to make sensible decisions for what is the best for the Company.
  • Rotational work with a flexible attitude and ability to travel if called upon.
  • The following types of experience are considered assets:
  • Hydraulic and accumulator experience.
  • H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid and CSO training.
  • Previous experience using ball drop, isolation tool and/or frac related equipment.
  • Previous frac support or watch experience.
  • Folding or Stiff Boom Truck Crane - 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification an asset.

In order to meet customer site access safety requirements, applicants must participate in an alcohol and drug test and show compliance with Stream-Flo’s Alcohol and Drug Policy before being considered eligible for hire.
