Brink’s Baltics provides ATM Managed Services for all SEB ATMs in 3 Baltic countries. We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic AMS Account Manager Baltics to join our team in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia
In this role, you will be responsible for managing AMS account (SEB Bank) by strengthening customer relationships and ensuring profitable and sustainable operational execution aligned with Brink’s strategic objectives. You will act a central point of contact locally for all SEB account related initiatives and work closely with internal stakeholders, the customer, vendors and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance, service excellence, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
Drive portfolio development by acting as a trusted advisor to the customer, aligning services with evolving client requirements and Brink’s strategic objectives.
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives aligned with regional and group strategy.
Operational Excellence
Act as a primary liaison with SEB Bank for operational matters, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and service levels are consistently met.
Drive efficiency of the network in line with the AMS contract, incl. ATM relocation planning & execution in cooperation with local teams.
Act as a project manager for initiatives within the scope of AMS account.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors providing services within the AMS scope. Define procurement requirements and, in cooperation with a procurement team, ensure selection of vendors and subcontractors. (e.g., CIT, FLM, SLM, telecom, peripherals, acquiring sponsors)
Invoice management and controls for the account.
Performance Metrics & Accountability
Be responsible for budget development and monitor performance against the plan.
Prepare and conduct reporting in line with AMS account requirements to the customer, central banks, internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, service delivery and vendors.
Work with internal teams to conduct market research and analysis to support business cases and new and innovative propositions.
Manage branding and marketing activities related to AMS, ensuring optimal use of available resources.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Global AMS team, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in the ATM, cash management, banking, or financial services industry.
Strong background in account management and commercial negotiations.
Strong project management experience handling complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to contribute to and drive organizational growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
Fluency in English

Willingness to travel domestically within the Baltics and internationally as required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with a hands-on, proactive approach.
