In this role you will be responsible for a great team that troubleshoot, test, assemble and disassemble as well inspects different kind of wireline equipment.

As AMO Supervisor – Wireline you be responsible for a team that:

• Troubleshoots, test, assemble and disassemble as well as perform inspections of wireline equipment e.g. wireline downhole tools, pumps & panels and field units.
• Review procedures for maintenance and inspections.
• Responsible for maintenance of wireline and relevant equipment.
• Analyses and interpret data from reports and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Assist in the set-up of experiments and the recording of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.
• Assist in the preparation, development and enhancement of maintenance procedural documentation.

• Expert skills in Wireline equipment.
• Demonstrate systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good Norwegian language skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups

• Technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical discipline
• Have proven years maintenance related experience in mechanical function or relevant industrial experience.
