Qualifiche

  • Il candidato ideale deve essere motivato, socievole con clienti e colleghi e buon lavoratore di squadra
  • Deve possedere forti capacità di programmazione del lavoro, per rispettare le scadenze stringenti dei bilanci mensili richiesti dalla casa madre
  • Deve essere in grado di comunicare professionalmente nelle risposte scritte alle e-mail o in risposte telefoniche
  • Il candidato deve essere organizzato e preciso, capace di gestire in maniera ordinata e metodica la documentazione
  • Il candidato è una persona con buona propensione all’apprendimento e ad assumersi responsabilità e disponibile alla rotazione delle mansioni
  • Deve avere familiarità con i sistemi informatici in generale e avere una buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office base (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Requisiti

  • Diploma scuola media superiore o laurea in discipline economiche (Ragioniere/contabile)
  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito amministrativo: fatturazione attiva/passiva in ambito nazionale ed europeo e registrazione della prima nota
  • Conoscenza pacchetto office
  • Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza generale principi contabili
