What You'll Do

  • Support AML governance initiatives, risk assessments, and program oversight activities.
  • Analyze data, trends, and key risk indicators to support management reporting.
  • Research emerging financial crime risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
  • Assist with AML policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance reporting and risk insights.
  • Collaborate with teams across Compliance, Risk Management, and the business.

  • Students pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, Criminology, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.

  • Strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interested in financial crime compliance, governance, risk management, and emerging technologies.

Broadband Salary Range: $23.00– $37.00.

Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $30.00 CAD Hourly. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
