About the Position
The AML Trainer is responsible for preparing training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments. You will also be responsible for facilitating the Embark training program as well as facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
In this position, you will also be responsible for providing recommendations for individualized training as well as one-on-one coaching and support for new employees. In addition, you will provide periodic reporting of staff training records to the leadership and development management team.

Normal Working Hours and Conditions
Core business hours are generally 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones.
