Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of compliance in a dynamic financial environment?

Join our team in Milan and play a key role in safeguarding our business by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. As our Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in promoting a strong compliance culture, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and conduct standards.

What would your role be?

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with both Group standards and local regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring the timely implementation of new or amended legal and regulatory obligations.

• Overseeing AML/CTF processes, including the review and escalation of suspicious activity reports.

• Conducting compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and fulfilling related regulatory reporting requirements.

• Delivering compliance training and providing practical guidance to employees on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities on compliance-related topics.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of relevant compliance experience within the financial services industry.

• In-depth knowledge of the Italian and EU regulatory landscape, including AML/CTF requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
