Join our team in Milan and play a key role in safeguarding our business by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. As our Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in promoting a strong compliance culture, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and conduct standards.
What would your role be?
Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with both Group standards and local regulatory requirements.
Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring the timely implementation of new or amended legal and regulatory obligations.
Overseeing AML/CTF processes, including the review and escalation of suspicious activity reports.
Conducting compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and fulfilling related regulatory reporting requirements.
Delivering compliance training and providing practical guidance to employees on regulatory and compliance matters.
Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities on compliance-related topics.
What are we looking for?
A degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of relevant compliance experience within the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Italian and EU regulatory landscape, including AML/CTF requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
