We are currently looking for a AMG Supervisor to join our team and contribute to creating safer mobility for everyone.
What will you do?
Ensure products are manufactured on time and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Actively contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives within the production perimeter.
Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate daily with the AMC regarding QCDSM deviations.
Process improvement suggestions and follow up on corrective actions.
Calculate, display, and monitor performance indicators; lead AMG meetings.
Allocate and adjust production staff according to manufacturing priorities.
Ensure the physical and moral integrity of team members.
Enforce operational standards (work instructions, safety rules, 5S, parameter settings).
Manage operator polyvalence, multi‑skilling, and training plans.
Participate in APS workshops and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Validate daily attendance and time‑tracking reports.
Ensure production start‑ups follow Autoliv standards.

What are we looking for?
Strong sense of collaboration, trust, responsibility, and autonomy.
Higher Technician Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (production or team management).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good English Level
