Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM) targets.
Plan and organize production flow to fulfill customer requirements and logistics commitments.
Monitor KPIs such as H&S indicators, Quality, OEE, Productivity, Waste & Scrap, NPH, Absenteeism, and contract fulfilment.
Conduct Gemba walks, identify deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Manage non-compliance through structured problem-solving and ensure process performance meets defined parameters.
Coordinate cross-functional activities within and across AMG areas.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels for process and performance updates.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members; integrate newcomers and support continuous improvement culture.
Prepare reports, manage documentation and tools, and support cost optimization initiatives.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in a production environment with proven team leadership.
Strong problem‑diagnosis skills and ability to anticipate risks.
Initiative-driven, with solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Understanding of operational planning, regulatory requirements, and production/line metrics.
Ability to analyze data and use KPIs to drive performance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Advanced level of English
