Americas Sales Training Lead

• This role is responsible for taking ownership of the whole learning experience and creating strategic development plans while working with senior business segment managers. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to provide thought leadership on projects of high complexity and drive creation of innovative solutions. The role collaborates with client groups to identify appropriate solutions, and creates plans aligned with the client's and the organization's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
• Builds relationships with senior business segment managers as a valued partner to identify priorities and takes ownership for the whole learning experience.
• Partners with client groups (e.g.- business groups, defined organization client groups, or functional groups) to identify development solutions within the defined learning and development strategy.
• Creates strategic development plans aligned with business priorities for the organization.
• Identifies client needs based on multiple inputs, and proactively shares them with leaders and team to build relationships and align to development efforts.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to define a collaborative approach to planning, designing, implementing and evaluating learning & development initiatives.
• Provides thought leadership on how to address program requirements of moderate to high complexity with strategic learning solutions, and drives creation and delivery of learning solutions that support the client group priorities.
• Stays up to date with knowledge of industry learning trends and future learning programs and emerging technologies to help drive innovation.
• Manages the development budget and required financial metrics of the business group, defined organization client group, or functional group.
• Partners with HR and the business to define and build transformation and change capabilities specific to the client groups.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, or a related field.

Salary

The pay range for this role is $98,050 to $120,015 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
