
The opportunity
As an Americas Learning Projects Specialist – Supervising Associate you’ll provide advanced operational, process, and technology support to learning projects or programs. This includes managing and consulting on learning design and development projects, enhancing service quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With a solid understanding of project management and technology, you will monitor and recommend enhancements to the learning experience for our people and key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
Support project management efforts for a portfolio of less complex learning projects or programs, while assisting senior team members with larger projects
Create and maintain project/program documentation, including project plans and timelines
Communicate progress, barriers, risks, and benefits to team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
Provide process support for changes in technologies, including deployment support and IT interaction
Offer operational reporting and analysis
Respond to the needs of managers, sponsors, and stakeholders
Develop and apply knowledge of user experience to create impactful solutions for learners and stakeholders
Support reporting, maintenance processes, and communication efforts related to learning projects
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Strong spoken and written English skills to work in an international environment
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills – work effectively with colleagues and teams in different geographical locations and ability to build strong relationships in a multicultural environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Experience with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
Ability to review and summarize data points
Ability to solve problems, make recommendations, and present solutions to team members
Strong organizational skills to schedule, execute, and complete tasks, often delivered in quick succession
Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
Ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way, with exceptional quality

Additional Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be a great advantage (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, Formatting, Data Cleaning, etc.)
Knowledge of learning development processes and standards
Knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
Other Requirements
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
This role requires to support the US time zone
May need to work extra hours to meet special customer requirements
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with Learning Specialization and/or experience.
Experience:
Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment
Experience working in learning and development is preferred
Working in international and diverse environments
5+ years’ work experience preferred
