With the future move to Margin Based Pay (margin by end user account), this role is created to support the new processes around profitability by Go-To-Market, with special focus on End User business.


WW CO GTM Sales Finance supports GRO business teams and Global Accounts team led by Gabriele Barbera.

We are looking for an analyst to provide finance support to NA and LA finance and Business teams on their GTM reporting with a focus on End User business segment.

The role is responsible for driving financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial results by GTM.

The analyst will participate to the Margin Based Pay project to start compensating Sales on margin by partner (Channel Sales) and by account (End User sales) as of H127: data testing, training to Sales and Finance, support to quota process.


Responsibilities

- participate to Margin Based Pay project: ensure data are accurate and consistent for NA/LA markets, onboard market finance & impacted business teams with trainings and support them in data usage and quota setting process.

- support forecast process on revenue and margin by GTM

- analyze End User accounts performance and profitability

- ensure data used from CSP (End User Accounts tool) and GTM360 are accurate

- drive accuracy improvement initiatives in CSP/GTM360

- prepare business reviews with markets

- assist Markets finance analysts in the preparation of quota targets by GTM

- advise and support business decisions on ad hoc initiatives



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management and/or IT.
