The Senior Customer Account Manager will support an integrated customer account management program that serves current and prospective Government tenants. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating services across multiple organizations, managing tenant requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of customer support services. The selected professional will serve as a critical liaison among tenant organizations, service providers, and Government stakeholders while promoting exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate amenity spaces and services and collect requirements from building owners and tenants through a structured, collaborative process.
- Recommend improvements and optimization strategies for shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology enhancements.
- Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums.
- Coordinate and integrate services delivered by multiple providers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Schedule and coordinate the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including conference rooms, hearing rooms, and auditoriums.
- Conduct ongoing demand and capacity analyses to improve utilization and service delivery.
- Develop service descriptions, operating procedures, and tenant guidance materials.
- Establish and maintain performance measures for amenity services.
- Support logistics operations, documentation efforts, training activities, and technology-enabled workplace services.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Four (4) years of experience in logistics, tenant services, concierge services, audio/visual support, technology support, or workplace services support.
- Experience coordinating activities among multiple organizations and managing time-sensitive actions.
- Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
