Responsible for leading processes and coordinating activities across Global organization to drive best packaging management practices, accuracy and value of various KPI levels through AOP, SIOP and STRAP. Develop and drive packaging projects within Global organization, leading and driving sites and regional packaging leaders to deliver improved results in costs, providing weekly/monthly updates on progresses. Supports SB, CT, LB and Transformation team with Packaging needed expertise at request. Supports GEM & SC SOX initiatives and deliver various related tasks. Controls financials and operationals on all active accounts under direct management.
• Lead processes and coordinate activities across global Garrett organization to drive best packaging management practices.
• Develop and drive packaging projects within Garrett organization, leading and driving sites and regional packaging leaders to deliver improved results in costs, providing weekly/monthly updates on progresses.
• Ensure the End to End vision along logistics in order to minimize the cost (transportation, handling)
• In charge of managing global AME packaging budget in order to meet AOP targets.
• Responsible to ensure smooth packaging project (NPI) both at Customer and Supplier level; will work in team with sites packaging leaders to assure that any issue will be solved on time before serial production.
• Responsible to provide feedback on packaging costs in case of new project (NPI) business case study. This includes to be part of the SC team responsible to provide any costs associated to a new project launch.
• Facilitate implementation of tools and processes across Garrett organization.
• Drive cross-functional teamwork while running Packaging bidding
• Support the recovery of money from Customer or Supplier when applicable.
• Attend specific meetings linked with packaging projects both at Supplier and Customer level

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• +5 years of experience in a supply chain environment;
• Six sigma (lean green belt or lean expert) certification would be appreciated
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
• Good knowledge and experience of supply chain processes, both planning and physical flows

• Has a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles – Green belt preferred;
• Has a working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Office
• applications;
