Job Title: AMC Sales Executive – Elevator / Car Parking Systems

Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2+ years

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AMC Sales Executive to drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales, manage renewals, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the existing AMC database covering 200+ sites across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
• Contact clients 45 days before AMC expiry to initiate renewal discussions.
• Visit housing societies, builders, developers, and facility managers for renewal meetings.
• Identify parking systems and lifts operating without AMC, under free warranty, or covered by competitors.
• Convert breakdown calls and one-time service calls into annual maintenance contracts.
• Convert warranty-expired sites into comprehensive or non-comprehensive AMC contracts.
• Generate leads through service technicians, referrals, and the existing client database.
• Prepare AMC quotations and explain service scope, spare parts coverage, response time, and preventive maintenance visits.
• Negotiate prices and close AMC sales.
• Collect purchase orders, agreements, and advance payments.
• Coordinate with the service team to resolve client service-related issues.
• Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and collection updates.
• Achieve monthly AMC sales and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor AMC pricing and service offerings.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AMC Sales.
• Experience in elevator, lift, or car parking system sales preferred.
• Good English communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Technical understanding of comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC contracts.
• Ability to generate leads and develop long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to undertake client visits.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant AMC Sales experience.
