AMC Manager
• Own and lead manufacturing performance end-to-end, driving SQDCM results (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) and ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume automotive environment
• Establish and enforce a high-discipline shopfloor operating system (Tier 1–2–3, SQDCM boards, Jidoka), enabling fast escalation, data-driven decisions, and zero-loss mindset
• Drive process stability and operational robustness, leading root cause problem solving (8D, PDCA) and delivering sustainable improvements in scrap, downtime, and productivity
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership culture, coaching supervisors and cross-functional teams while ensuring successful launches, audit readiness, and full compliance with IATF, EHS, and customer requirements
• Proven leadership in automotive manufacturing, with 9+ years of experience (including 4+ in a similar role) managing production teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong operational and technical expertise, including process control, problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA), and performance management across key KPIs (OEE, scrap, delivery)
• Executive-level communication and influence, bilingual English/Spanish, with a hands-on, ownership mindset and availability to travel
