36The Team Leader, supported by and in collaboration with the Administrative Manager develops, implements and evaluates plans for comprehensive staff management of the Primary Care Clinic. The Team Leader has authority, responsibility and accountability for the daily planning, organizing and directing of all clinical aspects of patient care. This includes the responsibility for the staffing, call-offs, and vacation requests.
Professional certification within 3 years of hire, ability to multi-task, customer service oriented, basic keyboard skills, communication skills.

Education: BSN is required.
Certifications: RN license Ohio, CPR is required.
Hours: Four, 8 hour days, one half day
