Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager (RN) Full-Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

$75,000 - 85,000 DOE

As ASC Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily ASC operations, including staffing, patient flow, and quality care

• Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards

• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations

Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas RN license

• BLS & ACLS certifications

• BSN preferred

• 5+ years ASC/Hospital experience as an RN

• 3+ years leadership or management experience
